Do I bring my own container for picking?
Yes, please bring your own bucket. We will sell by the pound (minus the weight of the bucket). We will have extra buckets in case you forget yours.
What else should I bring?
It's a good idea to bring sunscreen, a hat, bug spray and wear sturdy shoes. You may also want to bring a water bottle.
Are you open if it's raining?
Please call us or check our Facebook page to see if we will be open. We will post updates if we have a rain delay or need to close early.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check.
Do you provide restroom facilities?
Yes, we have a portable toilet on site.
How long do strawberries keep once I pick them?
They will keep in your refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Don't wash them
until you are ready to eat them.
How do I freeze strawberries?
Wash and drain the berries and then cut the hulls off. You may leave the berries whole or cut them up. Then place in a Ziploc-type freezer bag and remove as much air from the bag as possible before placing in freezer.
How much do you charge for berries?
U-pick strawberries are $2.25/lb., and pre-picked are $3.50/lb.
U-pick blueberries are $4.00/lb., and pre-picked are $5.50/lb.
U-pick raspberries when available $6.00/lb.
To place a pre-picked order, please call us one day prior to your trip to the farm.
